For Drivers (Unload Captain): Name, phone, profile photo, vehicle registration details, driving license images, Aadhaar/Pan card for identify verification and precise location data.
For Fleet Owners (Unload Partner): Name, phone, company details, and fleet data.
2.Location Data
Unload Captain: This app collects precise location data to enable live trip tracking for customers, accurate ETAs, and safety alerts. This tracking occurs even when the app is closed or not in use during an active ride or when the driver is "Live/Online."
Unload (Customer): This app collects location data only while the app is in use to help set pickup and delivery points.
Unload Partner: This app may access the live location of assigned fleet vehicles for management purposes.
